Cast Alnico is a metal alloy consisting of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron and other trace elements of metal. With the different metal compositions of Magnetic material, its magnetic performance and purpose are also different. There are two kinds of production techonology to make an AlNiCo PM: casting and sintering. Different sizes and shapes could be processed through casting techonology. Compared with casting technology, sintered products are all small sizes and the tolerance of roughcast is smaller with better casting machinability. Cast Alnico PM has the minimum reversible tempeture coefficient, and its operating temperature can be as high as 600 degrees above. AlNiCo PM products are widely used in all kinds of instruments and other fields.

Cast Alnico magnet is widely used in all kinds of sensors and meters, electronics, instruments, medical instruments, teaching, automobile, aviation, martial and other applic- ations.
